Draft, to be reviewed by Friendship's lawyers before launch

Terms

The rules for using Friendship during the testnet preview: who can join, how rewards work, and what we ask of you.

Draft of 1 October 2026, written for the testnet preview.

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and the company that runs Friendship. Its name and address will be added here before launch. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy notice.

2. Who can use Friendship

  • You must be 13 or older.
  • Stock rewards are not available to US persons. Other places may be added before launch.
  • One account per person. Keep your password to yourself.

3. A test phase, no real money

Friendship is a preview running on Robinhood Chain testnet. Rewards are test tokens with no real value, and they can't be exchanged for money. Features, task targets and reward amounts may change, and test balances may be reset.

4. How rewards work

  • A group can be just you ("Just me") or up to 10 people. Each group gets one task a day. When every member finishes, the streak grows and each member who finished earns a small amount of tokenized stock.
  • Rewards are paid the next morning, straight to the wallet in your app.
  • Amounts depend on group size (each member after the first adds 12.5 %) and streak length, within daily limits. New accounts earn after a short waiting period.
  • Rewards are for finishing tasks, never for inviting people or downloading apps.
  • Friendship is a social app, not a broker or an investment service. You can't trade in the app, and nothing on Friendship is investment advice.

5. Your wallet

  • The app makes a wallet on your phone. You control it with 12 recovery words. We never have them, so we can't recover them for you.
  • You can send your reward stock to another address. Blockchain transfers can't be undone, so check the address before you confirm.

6. Play fair

  • Tasks are checked with your phone's Health app. Don't fake or edit activity data.
  • Progress that is faster than a person can move is refused.
  • We may hold or cancel rewards earned by cheating, and close the accounts involved.

7. Chats, snaps and photos

  • Be kind. No harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, threats, or illegal content.
  • You can report a message or block anyone from their profile or the chat.
  • We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
  • You keep the rights to what you post. You let us store and deliver it to the people you sent it to.

8. Your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings, then Delete account. We may close accounts that break these terms.

9. Still to be written

Liability, warranties, disputes and governing law will be written by Friendship's lawyers before launch.
